Laura

Laura offers Somatic Healing and Guidance. Sessions are designed to support individuals and couples in developing resources for self-empowerment and to navigate life with greater ease. She feels that it is imperative to create space and encourage the natural wisdom of each individual - and in turn, nourish this wisdom as it emerges authentically. Laura's methods of guidance, are inspired by her creative background and complimentary healing methods. She offers presence through creative perspective, encouraging deeper insight, compassion and self-awareness.
